Commercial HVAC System Replacement

Sometimes, when we go out on a commercial service call, we find more than one problem with the customer's HVAC system. This is not uncommon, and it frequently means that the system needs to be replaced, and not fixed. A typical scenario is that the defective system is more than 10 years old.

Of course, for the customer the unexpected budget impact of replacing an HVAC system can be a burden. On the positive side, new systems are almost always much more energy efficient than the old one. Sometimes by as much as 20% to 30%. This can result in significant operational savings in the years ahead. In fact, because of efficiency improvements, it's very often a financially wise decision to replace systems that are 12+ years old even if they are not broken.

This is why, when we find two or more significant issues with an older system, we recommend a complete HVAC replacement. You'll save on energy costs and you'll have fewer service calls with a new high-efficiency system. There may even be some manufacturer rebates available to further reduce your cost.
