• Our Two Year Labor Warranty. If anything goes wrong with your new system during the 24 months following installation, we will not charge you for our time spent making needed repairs.
• Manufacturer Factory Warranties. We honor all manufacturer factory warranties. In the event of an HVAC breakdown, any defective components that are covered under your manufacturer factory warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer regardless of when your system was installed. Maintenance-related issues (such as filters or refrigerants) are not covered, and manufacturers may void your factory warranty if you fail to adhere to their warranty terms.
• Warranty Registration. We will register your new replacement system with the manufacturer (in your name) to ensure your factory warranty is in force.
• Our $250 “No-Frustration” Guarantee. If your new system (furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump) fails to heat or cool your home during the first two years, we guarantee that we will fix your system within 72 hours (as long as parts are available). It it takes longer than that we will write you a $250 check for any inconvenience you experience.

• Our Standard Labor Warranty. We provide a one year labor warranty on ALL repairs.
• Our “Property Protection” Guarantee. All of your property – such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, and furniture - is protected. If we damage your property, we will have it repaired at no cost to you.
